We have customised our own Cloud Based phone system that has transformed many small to medium sized businesses and brought their comms into the 21st century. Our Tier 1 voice carriage partners teamed up with our customised Cloud Based PBX make a super simple phone system that offer end users:
- Unlimited calls per extension (calls to local / national / mobiles and calls to 13/1300 numbers)

- Apple & Android Phones and Tablets
- Windows PCs
We can also offer end users access to the back end, so you can make your own modifications (however, you may find it easier to call and ask for assistance).
Our pricing model is simple, as per the below graph (in these examples, each extension includes a voice channel);
• Every extension that you want that does not need an additional voice channel is an additional $11/month per extension
• Every voice channel that you want that does not need an additional extension is an additional $16.50/month

PHONE SYSTEM FOR BUSINESSES USING STARLINK
We have customised our own Cloud Based phone system that has been tried and tested using Starlink as its Internet Connectivity. Whether a Residential or a Business Service, Roam, Mobility, Maritime or Aviation, it works well. Teamed up with our Tier 1 voice carriage partners, it makes a really effective solution. Where a lot of other Telcos cannot help because they don’t know how to run VOIP over Starlink, we CAN and DO. We offer our end users:

SIP TRUNKS TO SUIT YOUR EXISTING PABX HARDWARE
You may have recently invested in a traditional PBX in the last few years and don’t have the budget to purchase all new VOIP phones. We can still assist! We have helped Motels, Solicitors Offices, Doctors Surgeries and Locksmiths (to name a varied few) to integrate SIP Trunks to terminate to an on-premise PBX (via an ATA device or to an ATA Card that is fitted internally to your PBX), so as to save money and time on replacing all of your current infrastructure. There is an element of setup involved and this will vary from site to site depending on a few factors such as:
- How much configuration we need to do remotely for you
- How “tech savvy” / “experienced” in this field you are
- Whether or not you employ the services of an I.T. or Comms professional to assist in implementing the SIP Trunks
This is definitely not a one size fits all approach. The amount of voice channels provided on each SIP Trunk, and the amount of SIP Trunks, will be limited to the capabilities of your PBX.
This is not an option we recommend normally, however we have implemented it on many occasions to get clients out of trouble.

COMMERCIAL FAX SERVICES
Virtual In & Out
We can set you up with a Virtual In & Out Fax Service. What this means is that every fax that arrives gets redirected to an email address which is delivered to your email inbox. Every fax that goes out must come from a specific “verified” email address and sent with an attached pdf. The pdf document is considered the fax.
We need to have at least one “verified email address” on the service. Every verified email address will receive every incoming fax, and every verified email address can send faxes as well.
To send faxes from an email address, send an email with your fax as an attached PDF to <NUMBER>@fax.voipportal.com.au with <NUMBER> being the number you wish to send the fax to.
Note: The email message body will be ignored and only the attached PDF will be sent as a fax.
This service is super simple and comes at a cost of $66 per month for an unlimited service. Subject to site qualification and historical records indicating volume of use.

Virtual In & Out via ATA Device
We can set you up with a Virtual In & Out via ATA Device Fax Service. What this means is that every fax that arrives, gets redirected to an email address which is delivered to your email inbox. Every fax that goes out can be sent from a traditional fax machine or multifunction device.
We setup a SIP Trunk and configure an ATA to work via this SIP Service. This creates a traditional PSTN phone line and when a Printer / Fax / Multifunction Device is connected to it, it can use this phone line to send faxes using the traditional method.
This service is little more complex to setup but once setup, we charge $99 per month for an unlimited service. Subject to site qualification and historical records indicating volume of use.
The cost of a single fsx port ATA is minimal and some labour is required to allow this to work.
This service suits offices that do not like change, OR staff members that are in the habit of standing in front of a fax machine and sending faxes one after another for 30 minutes because they don’t want to send emails with attached pdfs i.e. the above option.
